How We Started
Curated Facility Solutions was founded by someone who has worked on both sides of the commercial building equation — as a contractor and roofer who has fixed hundreds of buildings, and as an insurance expert who understands what carriers cover, how claims work, and how to make policies pay.
After years in the field, one truth became clear: most commercial building owners are navigating an incredibly complex system without the guidance they deserve. They're hiring contractors without knowing what to look for. They're filing claims without knowing what they're owed.
